| BIOGRAPHY | |||||
Kasarian Dane received his BFA summa cum laude in painting from the University of Minnesota in 1995 and his MFA in painting and drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1998. He has shown his paintings nationally and internationally, including exhibits in Chicago, New York, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, London, England, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. His most recent solo exhibition at Rowland Contemporary in Chicago was reviewed in the February 2007 issue of Artforum International. His paintings were also featured in a review of the Bridge Art Fair in Chicago on National Public Radio’s Hello Beautiful! in May 2007. |
